Your chance to shape clinical and care professional leadership

Please cascade this information widely within your organisation

Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System are seeking views from clinical and care professionals to help to shape a local approach to clinical and professional leadership in the system.

By April 2022, we need to develop our framework and model for involving clinicians and professionals in everything we do. We will embed these new principles into our culture going forward.

This is building on the conversations held at the Health and Care Senate that represents clinicians and professionals at a system level. Feedback will be reviewed by Senate as we work towards developing a framework in the future.

Do you want to get involved?

Please share your views through our online survey that runs from today (Tuesday 14 December 2021 to Sunday 23 January 2022).

We are also holding the first multi-organisation and multi-professional networking event for clinicians and care professionals across the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent system on Thursday 20 January 2022, 12 noon to 2pm on Microsoft Teams. This will provide an opportunity to network with other professionals across the system, as well as share their views on the emerging local model and framework for clinical and care professional leadership.

To register your interest in attending this event, please complete this short online form by Friday 7 January 2022. An agenda and more information will follow shortly.

This is the start of our engagement with clinical and care professionals, as we are committed to involving clinical and care professionals in every level of decision making. We will continue to keep you updated on this programme of work.
